The state of emergency may be over, but COVID-19 can still be a disruptive force in our lives.
The City of Vallejo announced Friday that its Planning and Development Services Counter will be shut down through Thursday, June 1 because of an office outbreak.
The water billing desk will remain open to the public. Online and telephone services will remain available, and payments or other documents can still be dropped off at City Hall. Residents should expect delays, however, due to the number of staff who are out sick.
California’s COVID-19 State of Emergency ended on February 28 and the federal Public Health Emergency for COVID-19 ended May 11. Currently, California’s test positivity rate is around 5.5%
