This Administrative Services Manager III (ASM III) opportunity is an executive management position located in the Office of the Public Defender. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the central administrative services functions of the department, including contract management, fiscal and budgetary oversight, purchasing, facility management, information systems, and personnel. Additionally, this position is responsible for assisting management in the formulation and implementation of administrative policies and procedures and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the areas of responsibility, including the supervision of administrative and secretarial staff.
Required Background and Experience:
A qualified candidate would typically possess education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field and four (4) years of experience directing an administrative or support services organization, such as accounting, budgeting, finance, human resources, general services, technology or other centralized administrative function consisting of a wide variety of activities of moderate scope and complexity, including two (2) years of supervisory experience.
$142,189 - $182,075 Annually
The salary range is dependent upon qualifications.
