We have an opening for the position of Code Compliance Manager in our Community Development Department/Code Compliance Division. Under administrative direction, directs, manages, supervises, and coordinates the activities and operations of the Code Compliance Division within the Community Development Department including general code compliance, business licensing, and mobilehome park compliance programs; coordinates assigned activities with other divisions, departments, and outside agencies; and provides highly responsible and complex administrative support to the Director of Community Development.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education/Training:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in planning, public administration, business administration, law compliance or a related field.
Seven years (full-time equivalent) of increasingly responsible code compliance, investigative, and/or inspection experience including two years (full-time equivalent) of administrative and supervisory responsibility.
License or Certificate:
Possession of an appropriate, valid driver's license.
