The City of Murrieta is seeking a “hands on”, proactive, enthusiastic and dedicated professional to plan, manage and direct the programs and activities of the Human Resources division. He/she will be responsible for managing employee and labor relations, benefits administration, recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, and risk management.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated increasingly responsible experience across a variety of human resources functions, combined with an educational background in human resources, public or business administration, or a related field. He/she will possess a management style that emphasizes teamwork, participation, communication, collaboration, and team development.
