The City of Artesia is searching for qualified applicants with at least five years of municipal city manager experience to fill the role of Interim City Manager. The City Manager is the chief administrative officer for the City. The City Manager directs, oversees, and supports the efforts of all City departments ensuring that City Council polices and direction are carried out. 

Interested parties should review the complete Request for Qualifications packet through the City’s website at and submit applications by 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2021. Applications must include a Curriculum Vitae and a written response demonstrating experience in each of the subject matters.
