The City of Lompoc is seeking an experienced Utility Director with an exceptional capacity to build effective teams and provide efficient customer service; a flexible team builder who is able to delegate tasks and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, natural science, environmental science, or related field and seven (7) years responsible experience in utilities systems administration, including at least three (3) years in a management capacity. The annual salary range for the Utility Director is $155,286 - $182,690, dependent on qualifications and experience.
